Anybody have a recipe they LOVE and is pretty failsafe? What about peppers? I need to use only organic ingredients, sooo what are my options for hot peppers. I don't think the Korean pepper powder would be organic. I got banana peppers and jalapenos today in my CSA box. Would either one work in kimchi? or just plain old chili pepper flakes?
