Guest guest
Goat's Milk is a completely different makeup, from what I understand. I don't get the runny nose, and eventual tummy aches and muscle aches. When children are dairy intolerant doctors often recommend goat's milk. My sister is allergic to dairy and wheat, and she has to be careful with Goats Milk even. I'm thinking it's because of what the Goat may have been fed. I'm not keen on the taste of Goats Milk (only really tried it once), but I love the Goats Kefir, and I found a scrumptious rice pudding recipe too. :-D May be worth giving it a try! I've been OK with it, and it's not just an intolerance for me...it's an allergy. Warmly, Velma > > Hi Velma, > > From what I hear you saying is you are allergic to dairy, but you can consume goat kefir. Isn't goat kefir dairy? And does the whey (where most of the casein is) you use to make bread bother you at all? I have a dairy intolerence due to leaky gut and other digestive issues and would love to consume dairy, as we have goats that we milk and I just love goats milk and miss it greatly. Any thoughts and answers would be most appreciated. > > > > > > >
