Guest guest
I'm wondering if anyone knows what is in B.E. Wholegrain Liquid http://www.grainfieldsaustralia.com/US/products/be_wholegrain.shtml and whether you could ferment it at home. It's located in Australia but is reported to help colonize the microbes needed to digest whole grains properly. As we have grain allergies/sensitivities, I'd like to tackle that directly if possible. Anyone? Thanks! Lori
