Guest guest Posted June 9, 2010 Report Share Posted June 9, 2010 You can use them in soup or sauces for flavorings. Ditto for extra kimchi juice. With some brands of beer, the tradition is to shake the bottle so the yeast goes back into suspension, for flavor. The yeast adds B vitamins too. I'd be tempted to just shake the vinegar bottle before using the vinegar.
