If you add enough sugar to it and recook it, than add gelatin you can make a

sort of jelly with it.

Can you make use of the yeast-dregs of homemade cider vinegar? I don't like

throwing anything out, even on the compost!

You can use them in soup or sauces for flavorings. Ditto for extra kimchi

juice. With some brands of beer, the tradition is to shake the bottle so the

yeast goes back into suspension, for flavor. The yeast adds B vitamins too.

I'd be tempted to just shake the vinegar bottle before using the vinegar.
