Hi Mike and all,

I'm 70+ and retired on a fixed income.

I live in Vermont, USA.

I am just getting interested in raw

foods and fermentation. I just ordered the book “ Wild

Fermentation†by Sandor Ellix Katz. Anyone know how good it is?

I am hopping all fermented food don't

taste like sauerkraut. It is just to acidity for me.
