I have plenty of kefer grains sent to me by a friend in Florida. I was finally able to get them in milk and things are moving along. Here is for those that do not know... go to YOUTUBE Then tpye in Kefer and/or Kefer Grains. There are quite a few ideas on the various videos. I am sure this is old news for most of you seaoned experts, but for me as a newbe, this is great news. Seeing is believing.
