Guest guest
I have read that you can make basic food for photosynthetic bacteria with fish based granuated soup stock as known as DashiNoMoto. It is tremendously inexpensive like about 30-50 cents to produce 20Kg of PSB (photosynthetic bacteria). For your experiment, Basic incubation liquid recipe is 20g Dashinomoto 20g Natural salt 20g Venegar 20g Sodium Carbonate 20g Anmonia sulphate 20g Potacium Phosphate 20g Magnesium Sulphate 50g Seed of PSB you have 18Kg water Booster liquid 2Kg of seaweed boil liquid Algin additives Kitosan additives Mix in transparent plastic bottle. Deair. Put under the sun daytime and keep in 30-40C place at night or under light. In about 2-5 days, red turned PBS liquid willbe produced. take care, isao
