Thanks for the warm greeting Mike! I hail from Dallas, TX for the past 18 years

and b/f that I grew up in Arkansas.

I make KT and have done wine and a little beer. But I think I'm most interested

in maybe kefir and grains (the grow in the field grains, not the kefir kind .

Maybe kimchi too, who knows what all?
