Guest guest
h. . . you may want to start with yogurt or kefir smoothies. Fruit & nuts added, as they like them. . . then many children love KT. Also, there are miso soups that children seem to love, especially sweet mild miso. Some children even like the milder Kefir water drinks, especially the ginger/agave syrup drinks that are slightly carbonated. They also seem more willing to be experimental if they have a part in the preparation and making of these fermented foods. The fermented breads are another whole possibility. . . my teenage granddaughter (a recent dedicated vegitarian) fell in love with dosas, which is a " fast food " she can make herself for breakfast. Most of us love our kefir sourdough breads, kim chi pancakes, and other nutritious delicious goodies. But it is a huge family learning curve, so I guess it's loving process requiring much patience and encouragement and explanation. A real investment in your time, energy, and heart in these busy times. But, IMHO, totally worth it! Norma
