Hi I just found this group I've recently started drinking kefir and it has

helped my digestion so much my question is can I use the lifeway kefir from the

store refill the bottle with milk and make more I really can't afford to buy

grains right now and like wise can't keep spending like 3-4 bucks for a quart a

day if not anybody in the northwest suburbs of chicago have any extra grains to

pass on I'm also interested in kombucha (well really any probiotic food/ drink)

again is it possible to start with a store bought bottle add more sugar and tea?

I live in the NW suburbs of Chicago and I have grains. Write me off list and we

can figure out how to get some grains to you ; )
