Guest guest
Everybody knows genmai, bran rice,is good for health as well as bran bread. Only trouble is a little difficult to eat than white rice. Here is a suggestion to cook genmai with yogurt water. It is very simple. 1T spoon of yogurt added into the cooking water. Disolve well that there is no clod of yogurt. Leave it 1 hour or so for genmai to soak. Expected result 1.softer textire cooked genmai that you don't have chew well, but chew well anyway. 2.boosting nutritional value, like GABA multiplied,VB increased, more fibers digestabilities. 1 disadvantage is slightly changed in taste. Because it is yogurty. It maybe a matter of personal preference. If yogurt works well for you,so will kefir ? You try and tell. isao
