Guest guest Posted April 8, 2010 Report Share Posted April 8, 2010 I am loving the kefir cheese, I drain it over night in the fridge and then add seasonings, refrigerate to let the flavors develop and then we eat it like cream cheese but I am ending up with lots of whey which I don't want to just throw out. What do you all do with your whey? Any and all uses, if I can't come up with something I could always give it to my chickens or maybe it would get my compost going? Anyone?
