hi,

after trying to make 'mint tea ale', which I didn't like tastewise, I've been

experimenting and have come up with some nice lemonades

juice and zeste of 2 limes

juice of 2 lemons

1 cup of agave-sirop or another sugar (more or less to taste of course)

add water to total volume of 2 quarts

add a heaped tablespoon of wellrinsed milkkefir-grains

put on the lid

let ferment for 1-2 days

strain and put in grolsh bottles

after 1 or 2 days it is ready to drink

be careful when opening, because the carbonation can be strong

you can do the same with oranges and I presume with other citrusfruits too
