Hi ,

Sure you can take it for breakfast. On the days I don't take it for breakfast I

take it for lunch - sometimes in a shake and sometimes just stirred into yogurt.

If you are also taking it in the evening then that would still amount to twice a

day, no? And good luck!

Best,

Dee

interesting. I am going to follow the 5 rules like he says to. The only thing

I am going to do differently is take whey 2 times per day also; once in the

evening and once during the day. However, I have a question about it. If I

take it in the morning, can I use it as my breakfast? If yes, then what about

the days that I eat eggs? When would I take it then. And if I can't use it as

breakfast, I guess I should just take it with breakfast.

I take one large dose of whey per day. Many cans of whey have small

scoops. For me, 1 dose = 62-65 grams.
