Guest guest
I believe it is possible to overdo anything. I havent looked into the problems associated with too much fermented foods, but I am curious if any1 came across info? Also, what neutralizes fermented foods, or what is the opposite of them? Chinese Medicine talks a lot about how certain foods affect diferent parts of the body. Each treatment they focus on what foods can help adjust your body to the center. I suppose overdoing fermented foods could be comparable to eating too many lemons. There are a lot of warnings how lemons wear away the enamel of your teeth. But what does it do to the organs of the body? Dry them out? Does acidic food astringe tissues too much, ending up in weakening tissue over the long term? I am just thinking about it. I know the body is resilient.
