Guest guest
Is it possible to use an old bottle of ginger beer I have previously fermented as a starter for the next batch?
Guest guest
Probably, or just leave the dregs in the bottom of the container for the next batch. I tend to use a kefir grain ... the same sacrificial grain for a few months ... because I like the taste and what it does. It's likely though that if you make any such ferment on a regular basis, you kitchen will innoculate itself.
