Hi,

Since spring time is in the bloom, and spring vegetables are soft and

delicious, I would like to share SUMISO dip/dressing recipe.

MISO 4 part

sugar 3 part

SU (rice vinegar) 3 part

mustard some

chille powder some

Blend them and done.

It is so easy. The best way is you check the taste each time you add

ingredients.

Spring Green Onion & SUMISO

Boiled water.

Dip the lower part of green onion (mainly white) for a minute then

soak whole stem,so that whole green onion get boiled soft evenly.

When soft,drain in icy water.

Lightly squeeze off water and cut into about inch.

Put on SUMISO on top or mix lightly.

Likewise boiled and drained shellfish or shark fillet are good with

it.

You may want to try Orange marmarade instead of sugar.

happy times,

isao
