Guest guest Posted November 20, 2006 Report Share Posted November 20, 2006 Hello All, Which cultures to use, Hmmmm I purchased bottles of (sorry not all of them organic $$$ with the Holidays)100% juices, Cranberry, White Grape, Dark Grape, Apple, Apple Cider...trying to decide which to add the vinegar mother I have Red Wine Mother, Apple Cider Mother, Braggs Apple Cider Mother, Kombucha, Water Kefir and milk Kefir....which to make sparkling for the holidays and which to make vinegars... Well I gave in and did the dark grape juice the with my water kefir, will add the airlock after 24hr. to age, then bottle for carbination.
