Hello All,

Which cultures to use, Hmmmm I purchased bottles of (sorry not all of

them organic $$$ with the Holidays)100% juices, Cranberry, White

Grape, Dark Grape, Apple, Apple Cider...trying to decide which to add

the vinegar mother I have Red Wine Mother, Apple Cider Mother, Braggs

Apple Cider Mother, Kombucha, Water Kefir and milk Kefir....which to

make sparkling for the holidays and which to make vinegars...

Well I gave in and did the dark grape juice the with my water kefir,

will add the airlock after 24hr. to age, then bottle for carbination.

Hope got that right, getting the hang of this, the family loves the

Kombucha!
