Your Favorite Foods, Cookbook

Hi KefirKing,

Pleaze! When will you publish a cookbook. Your sites are very well

researched, informative and educational. I would love to see you

publish a serious cookbook with color photos, recipes with detailed

instructions, ordering info and antidotes (kefir cheeses, nato and

sufu..) of the wonderful foods you make for your family everyday. Like

your kefir cheese balls, nut n honey balls just to name a few. I'am

sure I am not the only one who desires to see more of your ideas in

print. I think you do a wonderful job with the groups and your web

pages, but sometimes it is nice to just sit and hold a book or

something that I can carry into the kitchen, (when my Audrey computer

is down). Even an EBook or CD or Hardcopy of all your sites! I love

cookbooks that include the origin and cultural info and photos. I just

know it would be great to add to my collection. I have been trying to

print out a hard copy, to carry to the kitchen with me as it is hard

to memorize it all (measurements, ingredients). I do hope you have

been considering one or in the works already. Thank you.
