Guest guest Posted May 27, 2006 Report Share Posted May 27, 2006 I am having such trouble sourcing organic cabbage for my kimchi. The usual place that stocks it NEVER keeps it. I was wondering, if I use cabbage in my kimchi or sauerkraut that has been sprayed with pesticide, will it will ferment? Will it help if I just remove the outer leaves?
