I made a lacto fermented beverage recently and discovered after drinking it~that

some

wild yeasts must have made there way into the beverage~as, I definitely felt the

alcohol. I

love the drink and am wondering if I could use it as a starter for another

batch--if so, how

much would I need for a gallon batch? I have 2 bottles left and don't want to

drink them if

they can start a new batch. Thanks for your thoughts!.....
