Do you mean if it's dried? it's not dried at the moment, because i'm not

sure how to do it, and i'm not sure if i have the fascilities (equipment

to do it), though i would like to try to dry it.

Or did you mean what it is? It is a sort of between yoghurt and

buttermilk in thickness and is made by Acidofylus culture, it also

tastes between yoghurt and buttermilk in my opinion.

Let me know if you and anyone else would like to make a trade of some sort.

I see someone asked if kefir makes vitamin b12, i'm not entirely sure

about that, but it probably does, and the acidophylus culture also does,

and in addition it also breaks down the calcium carbonate of the milk

into calcium lactate, which is much more and more easily absorbable by

the body, it also makes folic acid and all of the b vitamins.

I'm concerned about drinking anything with only One strain. Does your

acidophylus culture only have that One strain. The old timers I've talked to

caution about that because it give other unfriendly bacteria opportunity to set

up in that culture. Again folk-lore but I listen to that too.

How did you get this acidophylus culture?
