Guest guest Posted March 24, 2005 Report Share Posted March 24, 2005 I made a batch of kimchee and it came out really well - a bit strong near the bottom of the crock where all the ginger and garlic bits pooled - but the basic recipe was fine. It fermented nicely, tastes good, but it seems every time I eat it I get abdominal sickness! Is it bad?
