Gas is a common side effect at the beginning of using inulin before the populations of bibidobacteria grow to desirable levels. Bifidobacteria don't produce gasses. Guest guest
Jerry, gas can be expected and conceivably one could get diarrhea from taking a full dose of inulin right off the bat without ramping up. With many people, ANY dietary change can result in digestive upset though. Duncan . > > > > > > I dont get it. I talked to a pharmacist that sells liposomal GSH and she said it was a known fact in Autism circles that talking a lot of sulfur groups, like in consuming l-glutathione powder will cause the candida to grow. She said that the fungal forms feed off the thiol group on the sulfur compounds. Where is this coming from? I cant find anything on this. > > > > > > Duncan, have you ever heard this? > > > > > > Jerry > > > > > >
