Guest guest
Hello fellow microbe keepers! I recently joined this group, but have been lacto-fermenting for years. i already know some of the folks here.......... (hi) I've searched the archives, but don't find ths topic yet, so please lemme ask this. Does anyone have experience lacto-fermenting peeled hard-boiled eggs. What i'm thinking is something like this..using kefir whey and the proper salt level, and prolly the addition of some garlic, onion, a little cumin and ginger, and kaffir lime leaf, and then lacto-pickling the eggs in this. Does this sound reasonable? Any ideas? thanks! blessings mark
