I notice that the soybeans you used look on the small side. Where

did you get them? The ones I have found are much bigger. I am in

the process of trying to contact breeders and crop improvement

associations to try and score the purpose bred natto soybeans used

for the Japanese market. Some leads, but no jackpot yet. If anyone

has a small, clear-hilum, non-GMO source of natto soybeans, please

let me know.
