Guest guest Posted January 25, 2005 Report Share Posted January 25, 2005 I was wondering if you could add kefir grains to kombuch to feast on some of the sugars? Are the kefir matrix and scoby compatable? I have made kombucha in the past and it was sweet and caused a rise in my blood sugars.
