Guest guest Posted December 3, 2010 Report Share Posted December 3, 2010 Overwhelming gratitude to this group, especially the concrete information from Cam and , Kathy, Melinda, and Beth about what to do, who to see, where to go and what to expect. My fear is melting...I am making an appointment with Dr Bendo in the clinic office/hospital in Manhattan and am finally taking care of this debilitating pain in my back and neck.
