D. - the LAST surgery is over!

Hi All,

I just talked with , and her sister. What a joy! 's surgery

yesterday lasted about 6 1/2. Dr. Glazer completed all he needed to with little

blood loss. He's pleased with the results, and was pleased that she was

not intubated when she woke up! is now in lots of pain (oh, how we can

remember) but they are working hard to manage it and make her comfortable. They

are rolling her as of this morning, and that has helped.

appreciates all of your thoughts and prayers, as does her family. It's

been a long haul for her. However, she is now " on the other side " and can begin

to reap the benefits of her surgical journey.
