Guest guest
- I wish I didn't have this stenosis at C5-6. As soon as I get my copies of my cervie MRI, I'm shipping it and the lumbar to Dr. Jho at www.drjho.com and asking if he can help me with the leg and arm pain. I've had to accept that part of my spinal cord is dead, but I can still walk. I know this is crazy, but I haven't see my surgical report, but I swear that I may almost have not come out from under the anesthetic (i've got to run that word through the spell checker one day) and that surgery was around 5 or 6 hours. If I had a 2 level fusion, it would be a minimum of 10.5 hours and I don't beleieve that I could physically make it. So I'm hoping that Dr. Jho might do his microsurgical magic at both the cervical and lumbar areas. I'm even willing to sign up for both at once. Now, that sounds crazy, I know, but if you could have seen me for the 5 days after I woke up, even I knew that somehow my senses and perceptions and mood were not what they usually were, and the gas/IV/whatever is the only think that was added to my body. When my mom got up there after a week, she said I looked as if I had been revived after being dead, but don't forget she was dealing with my dad dying in a nursing home at the same time. I'm just tired right now, but I played hookey this afternoon and went to see " Hulk " with a friend. It was worth it. I " m going in tomorrow after my massage. joe
