Costco has them for under $100, including delivery..I'm tempted to try it

since their return policy is so good it's no hassle to return if it's just

hogwash.

But I thought I'd see if anyone has used this. I'm 15 months post op on a

discectomey and foraminotomy, and while that did take me off the disabled

list, I still deal with significant pain though neither ortho surgeon is

sure how much is spinal, and how much might be bone spurs on both hips.

It's a lumbar belt with a TENS unit?

I've used a TENS unit daily since the early 1990's. It definitely takes the edge

off 'my' lower back pain.

I've seens TENS units available online for under 50 bucks.
