Building a website is a piece of cake. Small Business gives you all the tools to get online.

Congrats Peggy on a great 2yr check up :)

fusion mass looks solid in the x-rays. He did examine me today because he said

us " chronic flatbackers " have a tendency to pitch forward again when fatigued

due to tight hip flexors. Yep, he couldn't get my hip past neutral when testing

it! He gave me a script for PT to work on hip flexor stretches and core

strengthening to support the fusion. I'll have to see what I can work out with

Mark (PT) because I think my insurance will only pay once I've met my

deductible, and I haven't met it for this year. If that's the case, I will wait

until July so that I'm in a new benefit year and can use it to build up my

deductible. He liked my t-shirt, " This is MY Restoration Hardware " . I don't

need to go back unless I need to. I won't miss that 3-hour drive one way! I

still remain pain-free in the low back! I will see a few of you this time in 2

weeks!!

Peggy,

Interesting statement... " chronic flatbackers " have a tendency to pitch forward

again when fatigued due to tight hip flexors "

That has been my thought. Hip flexors and the core are where I see the most

continuing effort and result. You will definitely want to work with Ellen

during the retreat!

Take Care, Cam
