Guest guest
Hey there right back at ya my friend! I, like you have so many things LL has done for me. But to list a few: - I am blessed with knowing my Angel, Rashelle. The support, love and caring Rashelle shares with each of us just makes me feel so incredibly special. - I have met so many special friends on our LL lists. You are all awesome. - I brag about LL with everyone I meet; I have written many publications; etc. to try and help get the LL word out there. - LL is healing the inside of my body. Oxygen is the key to all healing. And it just wants to make me do more. - I have become so extremely creative in ways I can do LL; in places I do it; etc. - I don't have as many cravings for 'bad' food when I faithfully do LL> - LL and Relfexology is beyond outstanding; by far my favorite way to do LL. Well Virginia, these are a few ways LL has changed my life. Oh, did I mention losing weight? LOL That is the wonderful side effect from doing the breathing. Ok girl! How many LL breaths were you able to do with this post? : ) Love to you! Wanda. > > Wanda... > Hey there Hammer time Girl!!! You not only ROCK you > RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guest guest
Hi Wanda, I agree with everything you say here, most especially what you say about our sweet, darling and adorable Rashelle!!! I can't tell you how much Rashelle has enriched my life since I met her over a year ago!!!!! And the fact that Life Lift makes us lose weight is TRULY awesome!!!! Love always, Pat Re: Wanda Hey there right back at ya my friend! I, like you have so many things LL has done for me. But to list a few: - I am blessed with knowing my Angel, Rashelle. Guest guest
Hi Wanda, Shimmy Shimmy Coco Pop was a popular song in the 1950s, or maybe it was the early 1960s. I think it was sung by Little and the Imperials. I can just now hear that sog that Molly refers to in my head as I type this, and I can even hear the singer's voice!!! I don't know if you were born yet when that song was popular, so that is why I am telling you this!!!! Those were the good old days for music!!! I love the music of the 1950s!!! That was the decade in which I was a kid!!! Where has the time gone???? Wasn't I just 10 years old yesterday?????? Love always, Pat Re: Wanda That is too cute! I too kept singing 'shimmy shimmy coco pop...'; just didn't add in the Wanda part. : ) Oh when the instructor gave me the gift; my heart just melted at her extreme kindness. Enjoy your day! Guest guest
Hi Wanda, That's great that your belly dance instructor makes the hip scarves that she sells and that she puts the musical coins in them herself. That way, you know that you are buying well made hip scarves with good musical coins embedded in them, as you know that the person who makes them is a belly dancer herself (I am assuming that your instructor is a woman), so you know that she makes her own hip scarves which she wears when she performs. So, you know that you are not buying junk when you buy her hip scarves from her!!! Love always, Pat Re: Wanda Hi Molly, Yes, I love those hip scarves; and our instructor makes them and they are loaded with the musical coins. : ) Thanks for taking the time to search. Guest guest
Virginia What a great gift I love mine I got from a good friend this past Christmas Blessings R Wanda Thanks Wanda, Got to go some to be equal to the hammer time girl. As soon as I get the afghan done that will make 2. Long way to go to finish them all before Christmas. I recently got a JCPenny catalog that has any size Velux blankets for $20. I hope I can swing getting a couple while they are on sale. I can make one a gift for dd with the king size and one for dd with the full size. ;-) Virginia --- winwithlifelift <winwithlifelift@...> wrote: > Well Virginia; I'm so proud of you and your devotion > to your LL > breathing. Guest guest
Hi Virginia, I've been having problems with our cable internet going up/down/up/down/etc. So this is my 3rd time attempting to respond to this and I certainly hope the others just don't show up because then you'll be bored out of your mind. : ) I am praying that your virus leaves you real soon and that cough gets better and better. Get well hug to you my dear friend. I have a 'dumb' question but I am an 'indoor girl' for sure. What is 'combining beans'? I would love to understand what that is; and sorry if it sounds silly; but I truely am clueless on this. Now go rest up; and feel real better soon sweet friend. Guest guest
Hey Wanda, You make me want to go to your " farm " memory lane. Sounds wonderful. My oldest brother was from my dad's first marriage and when he and his wife had children the oldest was six months younger than me. I used to feel so backward when they would come to our farm from the big city. I truly envied them for many things. It is amazing when you grow older how you fess up to all those feelings. They were envious of some of my stuff too. One of the stunts I pulled involved smoking. My parents and my brother and his wife all smoked. Of course, I had to try it and be really cool to get away with it. They had come in for a visit and the girls and I went walking down the gravel road (there really wasn't much to do and we were so far in the boonies that parents didn't worry too much then) any way, I had hidden some snitched cigarettes and commenced to light up while on our little walk. Low and behold I lit the stupid thing from the wrong end and it was a filtered one. Talk about stink and feeling foolish. You know they say that crime doesn't pay and for me it certainly didn't. ;-)Virginia --- mollynevarez <mollynevarez@...> wrote: > Wow that sounds like such a cool place . Guest guest
I have been doing my Sansone tapes and breathing. It saves time and I feel I need the walking for my bones. It's not too hard once you get used to it. -- In LifeLift , " mollynevarez " <mollynevarez@...> wrote: > > Thank goodness Wanda i thought i might be the only one who cant walk > and breath at the same time . > Molly : O ) > > > > > > > Hi Caroline, > > > > You are doing fabulously! Guest guest
Hi , I love the walking dvd's of Sansone. But still, after all these years I have to stop and then take a few LL breaths; and then continue with the walking; then stop and do LL; etc. Most people are like you; they can master the breathing while walking. Keep up the great work! Wanda > > > > > > Hi Caroline, > > > > > > You are doing fabulously!
