Guest guest
I had pool therapy this morning.... getting back on schedule now after the holiday interruptions. I helped , my pool therapist, get a big spider out of the pool.. ha ha It was nice and warm in there now, my therapist was getting pretty uncomfortable with the heat and humidity. I felt pretty rough when I started, but things got better after a while of moving around. I actually went to the meat market and got a big roast with the works for dinner tonight. I haven't done that in a long time, I feel I may be actually getting a little on schedule..... and it's feels good. I'm sure my husband will enjoy coming home and smelling a good dinner in the oven. My youngest son went back to Washington state and back to school.... that was a rough one at the airport to see him leave. He is going into nursing. Now I have thoughts of things I want to do around the house, and I assure you, there is a lot to be done. It kind of overwhelms me. We redid the living room.... new carpet, paint, furniture. But I don't have everything up on the walls yet.... and that is a big job. I guess a little bit at a time is the way to go. My husband was dealing with siatica for a while, now he found out he has moderate arthritis of his spine. It's amazes me how rampant arthritis is these days. I know so many people personally that have it. Well dinner is smelling pretty good now! And for some reason I am wishng for home made mac n cheese too. ha ha ha Anybody got a good recipe for home made mac n cheese??? lol I hope everybody else is having a good day..... Mine hasn't been to bad.... Ta Ta for now & good day to all of ya.
Guest guest
Dear , Aren't the " not too bad " days pretty great! It's been cold and raining here in south Ark. My bones sure have been feeling it. After all the bragging I've been doing about feeling better, I sure was a whooped pup yesyerday.Even my pains had pains. Most of my pains are from acting like I was Rambo or something and pushing myself way too far at the gym. Thank the Good Lord for hydrocodone. Today I think I'll stick to the pool today myself. Hope you have another not too bad day today, Terry > > I had pool therapy this morning.... getting back on schedule now > after the holiday interruptions. Guest guest
Hi Terry, Yes the okay days are great... reluctantly though, yesterday was pretty rough. I woke up feeling just horrible, but that did ease up as the day went on, then I was plagued with headaches the rest of the evening. But this morning that seems to have eased up quite a bit. So going to pool therapy won't be so bad tody. I think the fact that you can go to the gym is wonderful... So when you have an " off " day, you deserve to give your self some nice rest time.... Yeah, thank God for pain meds! Hope the weather is lifting for you, I know that can be " very " rough. Sometimes it hits me like a brick. I guess we are supposed to get some weather too... hope it's not to bad. I hate those days....they are pretty miserable. Here's wishing you a great day! take care. > > > > I had pool therapy this morning.... getting back on schedule now > > after the holiday interruptions.
