Guest guest
Kim, Would love to get to know more about your story, you may have chimed in before, but maybe it's been awhile. Have you done any PT? Who placed you Harrington and when and where? Who are you seeing now, and where are they located? Have you been diagnosised with Flatback? Any other issues? Did the doc offer anything besides the shots, PT, pain mgt etc? Anyway, we love that you chimed in, and look forward to hearing more! Colorado Springs [ ] hip pain I am new to the list. I had Harrington instrumentation and spinal fusion in 1967. I had been very active physically but the last couple of years have been painful. I still have a 30 degree curve and the burning is in my hip where the muscle is being pulled due to the curve. I am taking 2 prescriptions daily (non-narcotic) but hate to think I will be this way the rest of my life. Some days are dreadful, I walk tilted and have trouble with the pain. Any input would be appreciated. I have a good orthpedic doc I like a lot.
