Guest guest Posted April 23, 2006 Report Share Posted April 23, 2006 My group policy is through Highmark BCBS out of Penneslvania and prescriptions through Medcohealth (Merck) When I first started Xolair almost 3 years ago, my doctor's office (Then in Little Rock) did all the paperwork for me.
