Guest guest
I am going in for my THIRD Nerve Block on my L5, S1 area! The Doc gave it a go, after knowing my back is in a bad spasm, and we will see how it goes when I go to lay on the table on my stomach, tomorrow afternoon! Wants me to stop the Fentanyl patch, as it is too strong of a medication, and wants me to continue with just the muscle relaxer and Percocet. I am nervous, as the patch helps, but doesn't stick on, and the company just says to put the first aide tape on it, and it still isn't working, so I guess a good thing, but I hate all these meds! The way I look and my meds, you would think I was old! When I am in my mid thirties, and even when I finally got my hair cut, SHORT, as with long hair, it was tough taking a shower with my back in spasm. I even got it dyed and the lady thought I was in my 50's before it was dyed and I told her my age! Oh, I was livid! Ya know? I guess with the way I looked and the gray hair, omg, I want to act my actual age, not what I look and feel, right now! I am nervous, as I can't get KNOCKED OUT, with the mild sleep apnea, so I do take my pain meds, and he wants me, now, to take the Muscle Relaxer (Zanflex) (I sleep with it, so should be interesting!!). Then I must take it easy for at least five days, then I see the lawyer about the lady who ran into me, when I was walking home from my son's school in December. I have to bring all my bills and income I lost. Oh, so much FUN! Then my fiancee is taking my son to see CARS! NOT FAIR! I want to go, but he said to get both of them out of my hair for a little while! Oh, so much fun! Just hope and pray that this ONE works, and that it gets rid of all the pain and that I can stand up and walk with no spasms! Oh, I am nervous, but hope it works! Thanks in advance for all your thoughts and prayers, and I will be online, soon! Hugs, Dawn " A friend should be mathematical.
