Do you suffer from back pain? Tense shoulders? Neck pain? Stress and

emotional tension?

This four-week series will explore the physical and emotional roots of back

pain, shoulder tension, neck pain and headaches. Classes will include spinal

based Tantric Hatha Yoga practices to address the root of pain and tension

in the body, breath and visualization practices for working with physical

and emotional pain, meditation and discussion periods briefly exploring

anatomy, the connection between stress, emotional tension and pain, as well

as to address specific individual needs and questions.

- Learn a *gentle, therapeutic and restorative* spinal based yoga practice.

- Learn *breathing and visualization techniques* for working with pain.

- Explore *connection* between emotional pain and physical pain.

- Discover *bliss and relaxation* in your mind and body!
