It's a variation on sciatica, with pain in the nerves running through the

adductor muscles in the inner thighs. Sometimes super bad, sometimes " not

so much " but always unpleasant.

Question remains how much is back, and how much is possibly from bone

spurs on the hips.

It's not as bad as it was before surgery though. I do need to find a PT

who is skilled with spinal issues though, since my own inclination is to

work on rebuilding core muscles. however, with no disk left between L4-L5,

and spondolysthesis there as well, I have to be careful. Spine is presently

stable and I'd sure like to keep it that way.
