Guest guest
I have agonizing right shoulder pain. Should say had. My chiropractor does Active Release Therapy and after 3 treatments my pain was completely gone. You could try that. http://www.activerelease.com/ This link will tell you about it and help you find a practitioner if you decide to try it. When you get/have serious injury/surgery on one side of the body the nerves on the exact opposite side can get locked up. I suggest you get accupuncture treatments for it. If you can't, then do this 5-10 minutes per day: touch your forefinger to one shoulder, and then also touch the same spot on the other shoulder. Keep doing this back and forth, touching the site of the pain and also all around it: first on one shoulder and then on the other. This helps unlock bound up nerves. Let me know how it goes. > Happy Thanksgiving ! +++Thanks Ellen. I am remembering my dear Father who passed away last Thanksgiving. I'm so thankful I had him for so long; he was 87 years old. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours too! Luv, Bee
Guest guest
I am experiencing pain on top of my shoulder. I have 3 cervical discs that are bulging. Could this cause pain on top of my shoulder? It started out as pain throughout my whole shoulder. I put damp heat on it for days and now the pain is isolated to just the top of my shoulder. It pains to move my arm towards my body. I've been in pain for a week. I see the Dr. Next week. Could all of this be attributed to my neck injury?
