Also, you might look at 'spineuniverse.com' I think the info you are looking for is available only through personal stories by folks who have 'been there, done that'. If you are patient, I'm sure several will see your messaage and respond. Many of us here are in pain, looking for info, and waiting for a less-painful moment to get on-line.
