When I " flush " I feel tired in the morning the day after, but better as the day goes on. Most important to get all the toxins out of the system asap the next day..by doing the suggested dose of epsoms or enema. That will speed the " feeling better " . Sometimes when I have dinner, I'll go into another mini-flush, and feel " unwell " for a little while, but not always. Results vary with everyone, but I always feel better after, more energy. Sometimes the emotions are a little unsteady with the cleansing, I tend to get a real rush of energy, then feel a bit " down " , then it settles out, all pretty quickly. What procedure are you using? There's a lot of good links at the end of the emails, and I have my " fun " experiences posted at my website as well. Hope all goes well! http://nutritionist.bravehost.com/gallbladder.html ===== L. Guest guest
I agree with that diet following the flush is very important. Warm (not too hot) water in the AM with the juice of 1/2 a lemon (taken 1/2 hour before eating) is a very good way to start your day to help the GB situation. As to " how long after the flush does it take for one to start to feel better? " , that depends on the present condition of his gallbladder (GB). If his GB is very irritated and swollen,I would still recommend trying the flush, but try eating light both before and after. -Maybe it's even wise to eat a liquid diet on the morning of the flush. After the flush, you should read which foods are stimulating (and therefore aggravate the GB) and avoid those foods for a while. Once the GB is settled, you may then re-introduce any foods which activate the GB. Again, depending on his present condition, the time may vary to feeling absolutely no pain....... Check out the archives and links and files on the gallstones group home page. Guest guest
Hi , has some good products for stones and cleansing the liver. She's very prompt with service and the bottles are well packed. Diarrhea is to be expected......It should settle down the day after the flush. ~S --- " ccordell1 " <cscordell@m...> wrote: >We are using the techniques on 's website, > sensiblehealth.com. Guest guest
diarrhea is normal, just go with it, and see what is floating - sand, green balls, chaff, brown balls, floating or not...enjoy, usually the next day you will feel more energetic. Today you and your husband should relax and take it easy and fall asleep...Jay --- ccordell1 <cscordell@...> wrote: > > > Hey . We are using the techniques on 's > website, > sensiblehealth.com. Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am new to this list and to Xolair. My pulmonologist actually prescribed it for me last summer, but I have had a hard time getting funding to help with my co-pay. I finally got help with it and gave myself my first shots last week. I am currently on several medications including at least 40mg. of pred and day. The hope is that I will be able to get off of it although my dr. is not overly optimistic about it. My IgE levels are actually not even in the range for him to prescribe the Xolair but he said it is possible that the prednisone is masking that. I am really hoping that this will be the answer!
