Guest guest Posted October 14, 2003 Report Share Posted October 14, 2003 Hi Folks: I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis after an X-ray and MRI..just today..I have been told to see a neurosurgeon rightaway..symptoms: slight loss of sensation on my left thumb and left index finger..slight loss of sensation now and then on the inside of my left foot which also feels heavy at times..I haven't seen the doctor after the MRI yet..I have been reading the postings here for the last several days since my X-rays first came out saying I had stenosis...I don't have any big pain..Somewhat scared by all the stories here...anybody with any suggestions on how I should proceed...If the neurosurgeon advises me to do the surgery, most likely I will..I will post the details tomorrow as to what he is advising...thought it would make me feel better to corrspond with you folks...SamV (you can call me by this name)..Cheers, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
