Guest guest
I wanted to pass on a little thing that I discovered that has helped me tremendously. I found a " yoga for chronic pain " video that is especially geared for those with bad backs. It is incredible. It does not involve awkward and painful positions and most of it is done from a chair. I found it to relieve so much pain and help me relax as well. I HIGHLY recommend this for pain relief. Unfortunately I don't readily have available who makes the video, as it was only temporarily available to me on redbox for instant viewing. I am working on trying to find the one I tried, but I am sure there are others out there. ---
Guest guest
Ok, so I found that there is a series by and Matkin called " Healing Yoga " . For anyone who gets Netflix, you can find it on there. You can instant watch it or get it thought the mail. I would imagine you can find it for purchase elsewhere on the internet. -- From: <tpowell1977@...> Subject: Yoga for chronic pain spinal problems Date: Sunday, February 8, 2009, 3:23 PM I wanted to pass on a little thing that I discovered that has helped me tremendously.
