Yoga for chronic pain

I wanted to pass on a little thing that I discovered that has helped

me tremendously. I found a " yoga for chronic pain " video that is

especially geared for those with bad backs. It is incredible. It does

not involve awkward and painful positions and most of it is done from

a chair. I found it to relieve so much pain and help me relax as well.

I HIGHLY recommend this for pain relief. Unfortunately I don't readily

have available who makes the video, as it was only temporarily

available to me on redbox for instant viewing. I am working on trying

to find the one I tried, but I am sure there are others out there.

Ok, so I found that there is a series by and Matkin called " Healing

Yoga " . For anyone who gets Netflix, you can find it on there. You can instant

watch it or get it thought the mail. I would imagine you can find it for

purchase elsewhere on the internet.

even old or disabled people can do it and have relief and not more

pain. It's more meditation and stretching than traditional yoga.
