Guest guest Posted December 30, 2007 Report Share Posted December 30, 2007 Phsyical Therapy was the first thing that my spinal surgeon recommended along with the eppedural steroid injections. I've done both. And it didn't help at all. I'm going to see another spinal surgeon on Jan 7 and I'll see if he recommends something other than surgery.
