Newbie - Lumbar Laminectomy

I have had pain in my hips/thighs for quite awhile and after trying everything

else I have a Lumbar Laminectomy scheduled for June 18.

I'd like to get in touch with someone who has had this operation, especially a

more " senior " person as I assume that recovery maybe longer for someone who is

70.
