Guest guest
I joined this group because, after my IGE blood work, my doctor wants me to try Xolair. It will take a few weeks to get the medical authorization from my insurance. After more than 45 years of various treatments of allergies and asthma, I am willing to try just about anything. I suffer from not only environmental reactions which manifest in nasal and bronchial problems, I also suffer from an unnatural list of food allergies. Adding to this misery is my (currently uncontrolled) Type II diabetes with all of the meds I take and dietary limitations that come with that. Will Xolair be a magic bullet? I doubt it. Will it help me feel better? I can hope and pray.
