Hi Elli

Congratulations!

Can I ask what candida test you had? Was it the stool or blood? The last

guy I worked with used urine. Just wanted to what is the best way to test.

However, nutrients are most important since candida is not cured by

killing it off or lowering the numbers. Even though detoxing helps,

the only way to cure candida is by building up the immune system with

nutrients so it becomes strong enough to " make " candida change back to

the friendly organism it is supposed to be in the body.

ok - so periodic completion of the question would be the best tracker?

this other guy had me buy 2 urinalyses. I mixed my urine with something

called indican and that was supposed to show the yeast in my urine. It of

course it read very high, but it could have been total bs for all I know.

I did not use any medicine like nystatin etc. to kill Candida off.

Guess a combination of nutrition, detoxing thru homeopathy, sauna,

and your supplementation plan did the trick. Your site was very

helpful.

I've tried some raw onions today in a salad and I can tolerate them

now! (Before I had to throw up on them).
