Anyone get a pain in their kidney area?

Question does anyone get a pain their kidney area? Recently my

leftside kidney area has been killing me especially when I tilt my

head downward. I was wondering if the nerve compression can effect

this. I went for a urine test too to confirm if this is related to

an infection instead.
